Tele-psychiatry or virtual psychiatry is the delivery of psychiatric care services over the internet through secure 2-way live video or telephone calls.

There are numerous advantages to engaging in online psychiatric consultations. It eliminates the need to leave your residence as you can meet your provider virtually. It also spares you from enduring the hassles of a lengthy commute, traffic congestion, expensive parking, and taking time off from work that are typically associated with in-person appointments. Additionally, virtual visits offer greater accessibility by accommodating evening and weekend hours.

Online consultations can take place wherever you have high-speed internet connection and access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Our fully online tele-psychiatry service, known as the Exxceed Wellness  platform, enables us to optimize resource allocation and maintain exceptional care standards for our patients as we expand our offerings.

Exxceed Wellness platform provides services mainly in the state of California

This will change in the future as we grow.

A virtual consultation offers the same benefits as an in-person visit, with the added advantage of convenience as you can connect with a healthcare professional from anywhere. During the consultation, the provider will evaluate your symptoms and inquire about your medical background. Your treatment plan may involve diagnosis, counseling, referrals, or prescribed medications as needed. Electronic prescriptions can be conveniently transmitted to a pharmacy of your preference.

New patients typically spend around 45 minutes during their first visit, while subsequent visits for follow-up typically last approximately 15 minutes.

Certainly. Exxceed Wellness ensures that all appointments are conducted through a confidential and secure video platform that adheres to HIPAA regulations.

Absolutely! Our platform offers a hassle-free and protected means of communication between you and your service provider.

In addition to the app, secure messaging can also be conducted via your online portal account for added convenience.

The cost for the first psychiatric assessment is $199. The duration of the visits is approximately 45 minutes. For follow-up sessions focused on medication management, the starting price is $99. If you prefer counseling or talk therapy sessions without medication management, the starting price is also $99, but it is applicable only for self-pay.

Appointments that are not attended or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will incur a charge of 50% of the visit fee. Patients using insurance for their visit will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Once a visit has begun, regardless of its duration, the treatment plan, prescription of medications, or any other reasons not mentioned, no refunds will be provided. In such instances, the full cost of the visit will be charged. To modify appointments, please access your app or portal account.
