The treatments below are delivered in-person at our Hayward location. Telehealth medication management for ADHD, depression, anxiety, and ongoing psychiatric care is available statewide across California for patients who prefer or require remote care.

Spravato requires a ride home. How does that work from Hayward?
You cannot drive for the rest of the day after a Spravato session, so a ride needs to be arranged before each visit. Plan on about two hours in our Hayward office, a few minutes for most Hayward residents. Most patients arrange a family member, a friend, or a rideshare. The schedule is twice weekly for the first four weeks, then weekly, then every one to two weeks, so the transport commitment eases as you go.

Do you take my insurance if I live in Hayward?

TMS runs five days a week for about six weeks. Does being local make that easier?
It helps a great deal. Our clinic is in Hayward on Foothill Blvd, so most local patients build the visit into an existing routine. Sessions are short. Three-minute theta-burst protocols shorten the visit further, and Spravato runs twice weekly instead of daily.
