This Website Privacy Policy explains how Exxceed Wellness, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit exxceedwellness.com (the “Site”). It applies to information collected through the Site and our online marketing activities.

This policy is separate from our Notice of Privacy Practices. Protected health information (“PHI”) that you provide as a patient — for example, through our patient portal, intake forms, or during a telehealth visit — is governed by HIPAA, the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, and our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this Website Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, request an appointment, or submit a form, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. Please do not include detailed health information in general website forms; use our secure patient portal for clinical communications.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring website, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from analytics and advertising providers and from third-party scheduling or review platforms you use to reach us.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and measure and improve our marketing. These may include:

  • Google Tag Manager, which manages the tags below.
  • Google Analytics (GA4), to understand Site usage and traffic sources.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, to measure the performance of our advertising and, where applicable, show relevant ads.

We do not allow these technologies to collect protected health information, and we work to keep advertising and analytics tags off pages where health information is entered, including our patient portal and intake forms.

  • Global Privacy Control. We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable.
  • Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal; we respond to GPC as described above.

Your California Privacy Rights

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), applies to us and to information we collect through the Site, California residents have the right to:

  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising;

Important: Personal information that is protected health information under HIPAA, or medical information under the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, is exempt from CCPA/CPRA and is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices instead. This section applies to website-visitor and marketing information.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. Clinical care for minors is provided through our practice under appropriate consent and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and tools, such as scheduling or review platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
