How I practice.
I worked on inpatient hospital floors for more than 20 years before starting Exxceed Wellness.
Care is delivered two ways: in person in Hayward for treatments that require it, including Spravato and TMS, and by telehealth for patients anywhere in California.
I see adults, adolescents, and children.

Harm reduction first. I look for other explanations before reaching for medication, and I do not prescribe more than a situation calls for.
Trauma-informed. Past trauma is assessed and accounted for in the treatment plan.
Non-judgmental. Care is client-centered, including in the difficult sessions.
